    Senior Director of Project Management

    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Project Management to lead the successful execution of large-scale renewable energy projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Utility-Scale Solar and proven experience working for an Independent Power Producer (IPP). This individual will oversee a team of Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality and performance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the Project Management team overseeing multiple utility-scale solar projects across various regions.

    • Provide strategic oversight from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and project financial goals.

    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, proactively resolving issues that impact cost, scope, or timeline.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with development, engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with company standards.

    • Develop and implement project management processes, best practices, and reporting tools to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.

    • Represent the company with key stakeholders including investors, utilities, and permitting authorities.

    • Travel to project sites as needed (approximately 20-25%) to oversee progress and maintain strong field engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, with a strong emphasis on Utility-Scale Solar.

    • Prior experience working for an Independent Power Producer (IPP) is required.

    • Proven track record of managing large, complex EPC projects exceeding 100 MW.

    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling project management teams.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

    • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
