Join a growing MedTech business in Cambridge that's building innovative software to improve healthcare outcomes and empower clinicians worldwide.

You'll be part of a small, collaborative development team (7 people) working across the full stack, helping to design, build, and scale modern applications that support real-world medical innovation.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Cambridge office (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) and 2 days from home - giving you the balance of teamwork and flexibility.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining scalable applications using PHP, JavaScript, and React.

• Working on new product features that directly impact healthcare professionals and patients.

• Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to architectural discussions.

• Collaborating with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver well-tested, secure solutions.

• Deploying and maintaining systems on AWS, with a focus on performance and reliability.

• Working in a supportive environment that values learning, growth, and technical curiosity.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial experience with PHP and modern JavaScript (React).

• Good understanding of MySQL and relational database design.

• Experience deploying or maintaining services in AWS (or another cloud platform).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge.
