ERP Practice Lead - Epicor (Kinetic) | Remote | Manufacturing Focus
An industry-recognized technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to step into a leadership role within their enterprise systems team. This is a remote-first opportunity for a seasoned ERP expert ready to lead high-impact implementations, mentor a team, and drive digital transformation for manufacturing clients across North America.
About the Role
As the ERP Practice Lead, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle Epicor Kinetic implementations while overseeing a team of consultants and driving strategic delivery outcomes. You'll serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and client decision-makers, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with best practices.
You'll play a key role in solution architecture, resource planning, client engagement, and process improvement, bringing your deep ERP knowledge and leadership skills to a growing consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple ERP implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and support
Mentor and guide junior consultants and implementation teams across functional and technical areas
Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and design tailored ERP solutions
Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and system configuration aligned to project objectives
Support pre-sales efforts including scope definition, proposal development, and solution demonstrations
Contribute to internal practice development, including methodology improvements and resource planning
What You'll Bring
Extensive experience with Epicor Kinetic (or previous versions), including full-cycle implementation leadership
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, including financials, supply chain, and operations
7 years of ERP consulting or implementation experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide strategic ERP guidance
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams
U.S. work authorization is required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud ERP deployments and hybrid environments
Background in accounting, operations, or supply chain consulting
CPA, CMA, or PMP certification is a plus
