The Role
- Lead and contribute to full-stack development across Python (Flask) and React/TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA to ship high-quality, impactful features.
- Drive projects from concept to delivery within an agile environment.
- Influence architectural decisions, scalability, and best practices.
- Be hands-on while mentoring and guiding others on the team.

Requirements (desired)
- Strong with Python (Flask / SQLAlchemy) 7 years in professional setting preferred, and React / TypeScript 5 years.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL (views, CTEs, indexing, optimization).
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar).
- Bonus: healthcare or PBM industry experience.
