Asset Management Analyst

Background:

As an Analyst within the Asset Management team, you'll contribute to the commercial oversight of a substantial portfolio of utility-scale wind and solar energy projects spanning the United States. Collaborating closely with team members and various departments, you'll focus on maximizing asset value, ensuring contractual adherence, and supporting growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct due diligence for potential project investments, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
2. Manage financial and performance aspects of generating assets, including analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
3. Oversee commercial administration activities, ensuring compliance with project agreements and regulations.
4. Facilitate project integration, working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
5. Engage with external stakeholders to build positive relationships and identify community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in financial or business analysis, project management, or similar roles.
• Ability to interpret complex agreements and regulations, with experience in legal document analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the power industry or managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of renewable energy markets and regulatory frameworks.
