When designing your unique recruitment package, we will agree a range of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure you are receiving the best possible service from our team.

To track our success, you will be given access to our Recruitment Process Tracking System, Contact Management System and Financial Cost Centre System, in addition to regular reviews with your Account Manager.
