Everyone who joins us without previous experience of the recruitment industry will enrol into the Oscar School of Excellence, a leading-edge programme designed to develop consultants who can add value to our business. Covering the full recruitment process, it’s delivered in-house by our Training Manager, Directors and senior staff to ensure that a Subject Matter Expert achieves maximum engagement in line with your goals.
All of our modules have three components:
Theory. Not just how we do what we do, but why!
Closed practice. The chance to test your newly found knowledge with a quiz or a roleplay with colleagues in the safe and constructive in-house environment.
Practical application. Delivering the skill-set into the real world, with a manager by your side for help at all times and the ability for you to listen to your more established peers in action.
