Job Description

Oscar Energy is actively recruiting for a Terminals & Pipeline Project Manager to work with an established energy company in Houston.

Due to extensive growth, our clients are looking for an individual to work in their head office and assist the organization in the delivery of their portfolio of projects.

Snapshot of Experience Required

  • Competent with industry standards including API 610, 650, ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, NFPA 30 and DOT Part 192 and Part 195
  • Familiarity with natural gas and liquid pipelines and facilities transportation including crude and refined products such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, ethanol, and biodiesel
  • Right-of-way acquisition, survey, permitting, and constructability for pipeline planning, permitting and construction
  • Provide project and technical leadership to identify, plan and schedule engineering and design tasks required within the project
  • Manage overall engineering design efforts for EPC projects
  • Manage of discipline staff-hour budgets and work breakdown structure codes
  • Coordinate pipeline design with environmental permitting, survey, ROW acquisition, and construction
  • Coordinate completion of alignment sheets with various disciplines and survey subcontractors
  • Direct field engineering services from office and/or field locations

Experience Required

Fundamentally sound knowledge of the design and construction of oil and gas upstream, midstream, downstream pipelines and facilities including, gas compression facilities, liquid pump stations, liquid storage tanks, and gas storage facilities

Minimum of 15 years relevant experience

A Professional Engineering license is preferred
