Job Title: Contract Manager - Renewable Energy

Location: SF (Hybrid Working options available)

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000

Job Summary

Our client are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their team. The Contract Manager will lead and direct the development of new contracts, the amendment of existing agreements as well as developing and monitoring contract policies and procedures, as well as leading the Contracts department and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review, evaluate, and approval of complex bids, proposals, and contracts.

Ensures bids, proposals, and contracts are aligned with overall company business policies and objectives.

Resolve business and legal problems and issues with outside counsel and internal parties as they pertain to contracts and governance issues.

Structure, draft and negotiate complex agreements between company and external parties.

Administer, manage, communicate, and retain contracts from initiation through execution, including approval of business and legal terms, vendor compliance, contract activation, and contract retention.

Support, lead and advise internal stakeholders in the initiation and execution of all company contracts.

Work to ensure bid to execution process for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracts proceed timely and efficiently.

Lead company insurance renewal program.

Lead annual risk assessment process for contract monitoring and planning

Oversee the maintenance of contract files and databases to ensure company-wide retention of contractual agreements.

Manage daily work of contract team and coordinate training and development of contract tea.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred but not required.

Experience with construction projects and subcontractors.
