    Construction Site Manager

    Position Overview: As a Solar Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of solar installation projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with various teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Oversight: Manage daily operations on the construction site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technicians, electricians, and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
    • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry best practices.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality, ensure adherence to project specifications, and address any issues that arise.
    • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, change orders, and incident reports, and prepare detailed project documentation.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or quality, working proactively to mitigate risks.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing solar installation projects, with a strong understanding of solar PV systems and installation practices.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
    • Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements for solar installations.
    • Other: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
