Business Development Manager - Commercial & Industrial Solar

Oscar is currently working with a solar company who finances, develops, and maintains commercial & industrial scale solar projects. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in the Washington-DC area. Responsibilities

Work with team members to create new or existing relationships for development
Generate C&I rooftop, canopy, and ground mounted solar projects
Present project proposals, financial benefit summaries, and deal structures to land owners
Negotiate with legal and commercial counterparts
Participate in the community, clean energy, real estate, and/or other organizations to deliver solar opportunities

Requirements

Experience in Commercial & Industrial Solar Business Development/Sales
Understands real estate in the District of Columbia and the Mid-Atlantic region
Understanding of financial and legal aspects of solar energy projects
Passion for Renewable Energy

Plus

Experience in Battery Storage
Experience in Community Solar

Base salary starting at $70,000k - untapped earning potential !

Located around the Washington-DC Area or willing to relocate for a hybrid schedule.
