Oscar Energy is currently working with an industry leading solar solutions company that has an immediate need for a few Business Development Managers.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new prospect clients as well as developing new areas for market expansion. They are seeking an individual that has strong business development skills & experience managing complex sales. Depending on your expertise, you will either help the team prospect for C&I rooftop or for the distribution market to drive platform selection.

Role Details:

  • Generates new sales / executes existing leads and developing them into prospects
  • Represent the company's products and services,
  • Be able to identify customer's needs and explain how the company's solutions can help
  • Be the point of contact for customers + provide outstanding customer service
  • Use Salesforce for sales activity

Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Business Development / Sales experience
  • Knowledge of the PV Solar industry
  • Experience working with developers, installers, EPCs & channel partners
  • Ability to travel up to 30% - remote role
