This is a major milestone for Oscar, who have grown their Oscar Energy brand by doubling the size of their renewables team over the last two months, launched their Energy brand in Manchester, and opened a new office in San Diego.
These developments have further expanded Oscar’s Energy brand across the US, and into the UK and Europe. Oscar already have well-established energy brands based in Houston and Austin, Texas.

“We identified some of the most talented consultants in the marketplace and offered them the opportunity to build their own teams inside our supportive infrastructure.
“We’re delighted to open our new office in San Diego and expand our Energy brand further to the West Coast of America. We’re equally pleased to be supporting the growth of Oscar renewables across the UK and Europe from Manchester.”
Oscar are undergoing a process of becoming a more sustainable company. Their HQ is situated within Manchester’s most environmentally sound office building. This has an ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM rating, a living wall made-up of 6,000 plants, a green roof complete with bespoke solar panels and beehives, and free-to-hire bikes and scooters to improve clean local mobility.
Oscar have doubled their staff numbers in the last 12 months, despite the pandemic. The global recruitment consultancy are continuing to hire across all their brands; including Energy, Technology, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences and Construction.
